摘要
12Cr2Mo1低合金钢是第一次在我国高温气冷堆核电站金属堆内构件主体设备上应用,在制造过程中落锤试验出现不合格。经过对断裂试样宏观和显微结构的研究,发现焊道的热影响区对落锤试验的影响很大。对焊道的施焊工艺进行了改进,并严格控制焊道的成型尺寸,验证实验结果证实了该方法可以使试验的无塑性断裂温度降低。后经过产品试验,使锻件的一次合格率明显提高。
12Cr2Mo1 low alloy steel was first applied on the main facility of metal reactor internals for high temperature gas-cooled reactor of nuclear station in China.The drop weight test failed during the forging fabrication.After macroscopical and microcosmic research on the broken coupon,it has been noticed that heat-affected zone of the bead had great influence on the result of the drop weight test.With the improvement of the bead welding process and strict size control for the bead,the test result proved that this method could reduce the non-ductile fracture temperature and also increase one-trial qualification rate.
