摘要
知识产权是一个国家或地区经济发展的核心战略资源,知识产权战略是我国正在实施的重大战略。文中以湛江为例,重点探讨和阐述加快实施知识产权战略应采取的对策:一是充分认识实施知识产权战略的重要性;二是发挥企业的主体作用与政府推动相结合;三是加强知识产权人才队伍建设和完善激励机制;四是强化知识产权创造和运用能力;五是提高知识产权的管理和服务水平;六是建立和完善多层次的知识产权保护体系。
Intellectual property is a central strategic resource of a country＇s or a region＇s economic development, and it is also the significant strategy under implementation in China. This essay takes Zhan-jiang as an example, mainly discusses and elaborates the measures with which to implement intellectual property strategy quickly. Firstly, sufficiently realize the importance of implementing intellectual property. Secondly, make the enterprise play a main role with the government promotion combined. Thirdly, strengthen the building of scientific and technological team and perfect the stimulating system of intellectuals. Fourthly, strengthen intellectual property of creative and operational abilities. Fifthly, improve intelectual property of managing and ministrant standards. Sixthly, establish and perfect multi--level system of intellectual property protection.
