摘要
为了探寻一种室内初步鉴定玉米自交系弯孢菌叶斑病抗病性的方法,比较新月弯孢菌粗毒素与纱布过滤的菌液对玉米种子萌发的影响,分析种子生长抑制情况与田间抗病性的关系。结果表明,纱布过滤的菌液中蛋白质及多糖质量浓度高于粗毒素中两者的质量浓度,在稀释同等倍数的前提下,两者的致病力之间没有显著差异,且过滤的菌液对种子萌发、胚芽及胚根的生长抑制情况与田间抗病性的表现基本一致,可作为初步衡量玉米自交系弯孢菌叶斑病抗病性的方法。
In order to find a primary evaluation method of maize for resistance to Curvularia leaf spot disease,the pathogenicity of crude toxin and filtrate was compared,and the relationship between seedling growth and inbred lines' resistance was analyzed in this paper.The results showed that the content of protein and polycose in filtrate was more than that in crude toxin.In the same dilution rate,the crude toxin and filtrate had no significant difference in pathogenicity.The filtrate inhibition to seeds germination and plantule and radicle growth was positive correlated with field resistance of inbred lines,so it could be used as a simple method to preliminary assess the resistance of inbred lines.
