摘要
目的探讨精细管理在深静脉血液透析留置导管临床维护中的应用效果。方法选择我院以中心静脉留置导管为血液透析通路的患者30例按临床精细化管理程序进行维护为实验组;选择以前普通护理的留置导管透析病人30例为对照组。分析两组导管感染、功能不良、意外脱落、血栓形成的发生率,比较两者的维护效果。结果与对照组对比,精细化管理组导管感染、功能不良、血栓形成、意外脱落的发生率均低于对照组,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论临床精细化管理护理程序能最大限度地减少因操作不当引起的导管不良事件,值得在临床护理操作项目管理中推广应用。
Objective To study the efficacy of maintenance of hemodialysis central venous catheterization by applying fine management.Method 30 patients with central venous catheter was selected as intervention group,30 previous patients with central venous catheter as control group.Clinical sophisticated management was applied for intervention group.The rate of catheter infection,dysfunction,embolism and catheter abscission and maintenance effect was compared and analyzed between the two groups.Result Compared with control group,the rate of catheter infection,,dysfunction,embolism and catheter abscission in sophisticated management group was significantly lower than that in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Clinical sophisticated management has many benefits for nursing of central venous catheter and reducing side effect.It＇s was worth for prompting for clinical practice.
