摘要 研究资源约束下不定期追加新项目的动态多项目多任务选择计划资源配置问题的数学模型和求解的免疫遗传算法。以资源配置偏差为性能指标,综合项目权重、项目间和各项目的任务间的承继约束,建立项目、任务间的时序约束和资源约束表达式,进而获该问题的动态规划模型;以克隆选择原理所蕴涵的免疫机理为载体,并结合遗传学中基因重组规则,建立免疫遗传算法。结合实际数据,数值实验比较表明,本文设计的模型是合理的,设计的算法在各环境中获得的可行决策方案优于参与比较算法获得的方案。 This study investigates one mathematical model with resource constraints for the problem of dynamic multi-project and multi-task selection planning resource allocation subject to the phenomenon of uncertainly adding new projects,and also proposes one immune genetic algorithm for such model.Relying upon the error of resource allocation as the performance index,the model is established,associated to the constraint factors of project weight,inheritance and the relations between projects and between projects and tasks.Further,based on the implicit immune mechanism in the clonal selection principle and gene recombination principle of genetics,the algorithm is proposed.Depending on the practical data,the experiments show that the model is rational,and the propose approach performs well over the three deterministic algorithms.
