摘要 介绍了一种适应于深海的无隔水管式海底钻井液举升钻井的返回系统,将其主要组件海底泵模块和套管等效为不同属性的管单元,运用ABAQUS软件建立1 500 m水深返回管线系统有限元分析模型,计算顶部支撑力,进行静态分析与涡激疲劳分析,运用Matlab处理结果文件,得到3种流况下返回管线的应力、弯矩、偏移及疲劳损伤曲线,计算结果验证了返回管线的安全性,对钻井液举升钻井的返回系统设计有一定参考意义。 A kind of return system suitable for deep-sea riserless seafloor mud lifting drilling was introduced,and its major component parts,such as seafloor pump module and casing,were equivalent to units of different properties.The ABAQUS software was applied to establish the finite element analysis model of the 1,500 m underwater return pipeline system.The top supporting force was calculated,and the static analysis and vortex-induced fatigue analysis were conducted.The Matlab was used to deal with the destination file to obtain the curves of stress,moment and deviation as well as the fatigue damage curve of the return pipeline in three kinds of flow conditions.The calculation result verified the safety of the return pipeline,providing a reference for the design of the return system for mud lifting drilling.
