摘要
目的:了解四川省民族地区妇幼保健机构的工作条件、能力建设与基本职能开展情况。方法:采用文献法、访谈法、问卷调查法等。结果:民族地区妇幼保健机构存在人员数量不足、结构不合理,房屋设施较差,基本设备不齐全等问题。建议:推进州、县级妇保机构的规范化建设,加强人才队伍和科室建设,提高妇幼服务利用率。
Objective ：To understand the working conditions,capability building and the implementation of basic function of maternity and child care institution in Sichuan ethnic regions Methods ： Questionnaire investigation, live discussions, depth interviews and typical survey were used to carry on the study. Results ： There are some problems in the maternity and child care institution of Sichuan ethnic regions, such as lack of the stuffs and basic equipments, unreasonable structure ; weak building . Suggestions ： Strengthen the state and county MCH（matemal and child health） institution capability of standardization building, strengthen the staff education and department building, improve the utilization rate of maternal and child health service
