摘要
用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了云冈石窟岩缝结晶物中Ca的含量,为研究石窟裂缝发育病害的防治提供了一定的科学依据。样品采用5%HNO3溶解,校准曲线法测定,Ca的浓度在0.004—20μg/mL范围内与吸光度有良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为A=0.0887C+0.0015,相关系数r=0.9990。相对标准偏差为1.20%,加标回收率为97.0%—105.2%。
A method for determination the content of calcium in the crystal of Yungang grottoes rock crack by flame atomic absorption spectrometry was developed,which provided a scientific basis for the prevention and cure of Yungang grottoes rock crack.The sample was dissolved in 5% HNO3.There was a linear relationship between absorbance and concentration in a range of 0.004—20μg/mL with correlation coefficient of 0.9990 by calibration curve method,the linear equation for calcium was A=0.0887C+0.0015.The relative standard deviation was 1.20%(n=6) and recovery was 97.0%—105.2%.
