摘要
目的:建立孟克哈日根钠-7中总胡椒碱的含量测定方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱主为C18柱,以甲醇-水(77:23)流动相,流速:1.0 mL/min,检测波长为343nm。结果:胡椒碱在0.02016～0.2016μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9996,平均回收98.8%,RSD为0.53%结论:实验所用方法专属性强、重现性好、精密度高,能准确地对胡椒碱进行含量测定。
Aim：To establish a method for assay of piperine in Mengh hargen-7 pills.Methods：Rp-HPLC was used with a C18 column and a mobile phase consisting of methanol-water （77：23）.The detesting wavelength was at 343 nm.The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min. Results：The average recovery rate was98.8% and RSD was 0.53% （n=6）.Conclusion：The method was simple, fast,and reproducible,and could be used for the assay of piperine.
