黑老虎药材挥发油成分超临界CO_2萃取与水蒸汽蒸馏工艺比较 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究黑老虎药材用2种不同提取方法所得挥发油成分及收率。方法用超临界CO2萃取技术及水蒸汽蒸馏法从黑老虎药材中分离出挥发油,并用气相色谱/质谱联用技术测定其化学成分。结果从2种不同方法所得挥发油中分别鉴定出27种和25种成分。其中β-石竹烯、δ-杜松烯、法尼醇、芹子烯为黑老虎药材挥发油的主要成分。结论超临界CO2萃取法比水蒸汽蒸馏法从黑老虎中分离的挥发油收率高,且工艺耗时少。 Objective To study the composition and yield of the volatile oil of radix kadsurae coccineae by 2 different extraction methods.Methods The volatile oil of radix kadsurae coccineae was extracted by SFE-CO2 extraction and steam-distillation.And gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was applied to analysis compounds in the oil.Results 27 and 25 kinds of compositions are identified from the volatile oil respectively by those 2 extraction.Major constituents of the volatile oil were β-caryophyllene,δ-cadinene,farnesol,α-selinene.Conclusion The yield of volatile oil extracted by SFE-CO2 extraction was higher,and SFE-CO2 extraction method is less time-consuming.
