摘要
目的探讨静脉缩宫素对不同年龄组无痛人流患者血流动力学的影响。方法随机选择自愿实施无痛人流患者30例,根据年龄分为Ⅰ组(年龄≥40岁)与Ⅱ组(年龄<40岁),每组15例。两组患者均在静脉推注丙泊酚麻醉下手术。待两组吸宫结束、血流动力学稳定时静脉滴注缩宫素10U(注射时间:30秒)。记录缩宫素注射前、注射后平均动脉压(MAP)、心率(HR)变化情况。结果两组注射缩宫素后平均动脉压(MAP)均显著下降、心率(HR)显著增快(P<0.05);Ⅰ组平均动脉压(MAP)下降持续时间明显长于Ⅱ组,Ⅰ组心率(HR)增快程度明显小于Ⅱ组(P<0.05)。结论静脉缩宫素可使不同年龄组的无痛人流患者血流动力学波动,但年龄大于40岁者持续时间长,诱发心血管不良反应风险性高。
Objective To explore the hemodynamic effects of Intravenous oxytocin on different painless abortion patients.Methods Select 30 cases of the painless abortion patients,which were divided into groupⅠ（age≥40） and groupⅡ（age40）,each 15 cases.Two groups of patients were under anesthesia operation with propofol.Intravenous oxytocin 10U was injected in 30s after uterine suctions and hemodynamic stability.MAP and HR were recorded before and after oxytocin injection.Results Compared to those before,MAP was decreased significantly and HR was increased fast after oxytocin injection in both groups（P〈0.05）.The decrease of MAP was slower but lasted for a longer period in group Ⅰ than in group Ⅱ（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Intravenous oxytocin could make hemodynamic fluctuation on different painless abortion patients,longer in over 40 ones than in young ones and easy to induce higher adverse cardiovascular risk.
