摘要
目的针对宫外孕患者，从手术时间、疗效及疗程方面，对腹腔镜手术和开腹手术进行比较。方法以回顾性方法对312例官外孕患者行腹腔镜手术及80例开腹手术的临床资料进行分析。结果通过比较，对宫外孕行腹腔镜手术与开腹手术，在出血量方面无明显差别，但其手术时间及术后住院天数上有显著差异（P〈0．01）。结论腹腔镜手术治疗宫外孕具有较明显的优势。
Objective： To investigate the time of surgery and the efficacy of treatment between laparoscopic surgery and open surgery for ectopic pregnancy patient. Methods： A retrospective method was used to analysis the clinical data which was collected form 312 cases adopting laparoscopic surgery and 80 cases adopting open surgery. Results： For ectopic pregnancy, comparing laparoscopic surgery with open surgery, there has no significant difference on the amount of hemorrhage, but the operative time and length of stay are observably different （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Comparing with open surgery, Laparoscopic surgery for ectopic pregnancy has more obvious advan- tages.
