摘要
目的：探讨活血化瘀法治疗老年糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法：将我院2010年1月到2011年3月收治的老年糖尿病周围神经病变患者80例随机分为对照组与治疗组，每组40例。对照组给予口服降糖药或注射胰岛素治疗；治疗组在对照组基础上给予中药活血化瘀法治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后的空腹血糖（FBG）、神经传导速度（MNCV和SNCV）变化及临床疗效。结果：治疗后，治疗组的FBG低于对照组（P〈0．05）；治疗组治疗后的神经传导速度明显高于对照组（P〈O．05）；治疗组的显效率和总有效率均明显高于对照组（P〈O．05）。结论：活血化瘀法治疗老年糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效确切．值得推广应用。
Objective： To investigate the treatment of blood circulation elderly diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients. Methods： The hospital in January 2010 to March 2011 were treated elderly diabetic peripheral neuropathy in 80 patients randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 40 patients in each group. Control group received oral hypoglycemic agents or insulin treatment; the treatment group were given on the basis of Chinese medicine treatment of blood circulation. Patients were observed before and after the fasting blood glucose （FBG）, nerve conduction velocity （MNCV and SNCV） and its clinical efficacy. Results： After treatment, FBG treatment group than control group （P 〈0.05）; after treatment, the nerve conduction velocity was significantly higher （P 〈0.05）; the efficiency of the treatment group and total effective rate was significantly higher in the control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： The blood circulation around the treatment of elderly diabetic neuropathy is effective, should be widely applied.
