摘要
提出一种在四轴数控加工中心上用展成法加工罗茨真空泵螺旋转子的方法。着重阐述某新型圆弧摆线型罗茨真空泵三叶螺旋转子型线曲线数学参数化模型的建立、三维实体参数化造型、数控铣削自动编程与加工的技术方法。考虑转子型面的型线特点,借用CAM软件,利用流线型加工方式,用平刀和球头刀进行加工,通过控制表面残留高度降低表面粗糙度,从而达到表面加工精度的要求。可以高效加工螺旋转子,在实际加工中,取得了较好的经济和社会效益。
Puts forward a generating method milling the helical rotor of Roots vacuum pump with using a four-axis machining center.A novel three-lobe arc-cycloid helical rotor is modeled,and meanwhile the parametric curve mathematical model of helical rotor profile,3D solid modeling with parameter,automatic programming and processing technology method for NC milling,are especially elaborated.Considering the rule profile of the rotor,using CAM software and the streamline milling method with flat and ball-end cutters,and according to cutting remain heights to control surface roughness,requirements of the surface machining precision can be in control.Actually,helical rotors can be efficiently milled,and good economic and social benefits can be achieved.
