板岩骨料的碱活性特征 被引量:1

The Active Alkali-Aggregate Characteristics of Slate Aggregate

摘要 使用岩相法、砂浆棒法、快速砂浆棒法、x射线衍射分析等多种检验方法对贵广铁路沿线的板岩进行碱活性检验。微观分析显示该地区的板岩含有3%~15%的微晶质至隐晶质石英活性成分。砂浆棒法,快速砂浆棒法试验结果证实了该板岩具有比较高的碱活性。与传统的碱—硅反应膨胀机理不同的是板岩不仅在骨料与水泥浆界面发生碱—硅反应,且由于板岩具有层理结构的特性,外部的碱易沿层理向板岩骨料内部渗透,与骨料内部的活性成分进行反应,从而引起骨料的膨胀开裂。 The alkali-silica reaction of slate aggregate in the area along GUI GUANG railway is determined by means of petrographic examination,mortar-bar test and accelerated mortar-bar test as well as X-ray diffraction.It shows that this slate aggregate contains 3%-15% micro-to crypto-crystalline quartz through optical microscope.It is proved that this slate aggregate has a relatively high alkali reactivity by mortar bar and accelerated mortar bar method.What's different from traditional alkali-silicon reaction mechanism of inflation is that the alkali-silica reaction happens not only in the aggregate and cement interface but also in the internal of aggregate,that is because the slate aggregate has the characteristics of bedding structure,and the external alkali will permeate into internal along the bedding and react with the active component,which causes expansion and cracks.
