医院的财务管理在医院全面协调可持续发展中的作用不容忽视。财务管理在医院筹集发展资金、合理配置医疗资源、保持收支盈余、提高偿债能力、参与预测与决策以及对医院经济活动进行财务控制和监督等活动中,发挥着不可替代的作用。财务管理人员要努力成为医院管理的"斗士、谋士、贴士、医士、博士"。
The role of financial management played in comprehensive,balanced and sustainable development in hospitals should not be ignored.Financial management plays an ireplaceable role in hospitals collecting development investment,deploying medical resource rationally,keeping the balance of payments surplus,enhancing debt repaying ability,participating in forecast and decision-making,and doing financial control and supervision in hospital economic activities.Financial executives should make their efforts to become the＂fighters,advisers,tips,healers and doctors＂.
