摘要
提出了一种不解体诊断中冷器技术状态的新方法，通过检测中冷器增压空气流动阻力、空气和冷却水进、出口温度等，提取反映中冷器技术状态的特征参数，成功地诊断了中冷器的技术状态及典型故障．
A new fault diagnosis method for charger - air cooler without disassembling the engine has been introduced. Feature parameters reflecting fault status of charger -air cooler has been obtained by measuring the resistance of charger-air cooler to charger-air, the inlet and outlet temperature of charger-air and cooling water. The status and typical faults in charger-air cooler was successfully diagnosed.
