摘要
前交叉韧带的损伤是临床较为常见而又严重影响膝关节稳定性的运动性损伤。目前,临床常用来诊断前交叉韧带损伤的方法主要包括临床稳定学检查、影像学检查以及关节镜检查。MRI作为无创伤、无放射性、具有较高软组织分辨率的先进诊断方法,是诊断前交叉韧带损伤的有效方法,并且其检查结果是进行关节镜检查和前交叉韧带重建的重要依据。
Anterior cruciate ligament injury is the most familiar sport injury in clinical practice,which has a strong impact on the stability of the joint.At present,the diagnostic method for damaged anterior cruciate ligament of knee joint in clinical practice mostly include clinical stability examination、imaging examination and arthroscopic examination.MRI,an advanced diagnostic method which is noninvasive、non-radioactive,and has higher soft-tissue resolution,is an effective method for the diagnosis of anterior cruciate ligament injury,and it＇s inspection results is the important basis for Arthroscopy and anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.
