摘要
目的探讨3种口服给药方案治疗乳腺增生症的经济效果。方法将180例乳腺增生症患者分为3组,A组给予乳癖消,B组给予散结消瘤丸,C组给予乳增宁,以药物经济学的成本-效果法分析3种方案。结果B、C方案的有效率明显高于A方案,B方案与C方案有效率相当。3种方案成本-效果比分别为0.79、1.89、3.92,敏感度分析成本-效果比分别为0.71、1.70、3.53。结论 B方案在3种方案中最佳。
Objective To evaluate the economic efficiency of three oral administration schemes in treatment of hyperplasia of mammary gland（HMG）.Methods 180 patients with HMG were divided into three groups：group A,Rupi＇ xiao,group B,Sanjie xiaoliu,group C,Ruzeng＇ ning.Data was evaluated using the pharmacoeconomic cost-effectiveness analysis.Results The effective rates in the group B and group C were higher than that in group A,the effective rate in group B was comparable to that in group C.The cost-effectiveness ratios of A,B,C were 0.79、1.89、3.92,respectively.Using sensitivity analysis,the cost-effectiveness ratios were 0.71、1.70、3.53,respectively.Conclusion Among the three schemes,scheme Bwas the best one.
