摘要
目的:探讨中药青柴退热擦剂配合针刺曲池穴对外感高热的降温效果。方法:将64例患者随机分为2组,对照组采用青柴退热洗剂擦浴退热;治疗组给予青柴退热洗剂擦浴结合针刺曲池穴退热;在治疗后30min、120min测量体温,并做自身前后体温对比。结果:两组均能有效降温,但治疗组降温持续效果明显优于对照组。结论:中药青柴退热擦剂合针刺曲池穴对外感高热的有良好的持续降温效果。
Objective To investigate the nursing effect of sponge bathing cooling lotion combining with Quchi Acupuncture on high fever.Methods Randomized,prospective,controlled trial was used in our study.64 adult patients who consulted our emergency observation room and outpatient department with high fever were divided into two groups：30 patients were given Sponge Bathing Cooling Lotion combining with Quchi Acupuncture（control group）;34 patients were given only Sponge Bathing Cooling Lotion（treatment group）.Temperatures were measured after the rubbing for 30 min and 120 min,and compared with that of prior treatment.Results Sponge Bathing Cooling Lotion combining with Quchi Acupuncture group was superior to Sponge Bathing Cooling Lotion group in both 30 min and 120 min（P 0.05）,and the effect lasted longer.Conclusion The result is encouraging and implies that the improved therapy of Sponge Bathing Cooling Lotion combining with Quchi Acupuncture can be a choice for cooling the high fever.
