摘要
目的:运用动态喉镜观察声带,通过振动幅度、声门闭合程度等指标评价活血化瘀法治疗声带病变的疗效。方法:采用活血化瘀开音法,对52例声带病变患者行金喉雾化剂(本院制剂)雾化吸入治疗,观察治疗前后动态喉镜下声带振动的幅度、声门闭合程度差的变化。结果:52例患者治疗前后声带振动幅度、声门闭合程度均有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:可通过动态喉镜观察活血化瘀开音法对声带病变的影响。
Objective To evaluate the treatment of vocal cord lesion by activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis through observing the oscillation amplitude of vocal cords and degree of glottal closure index using dynamic laryngoscope. Methods 52 patients with vocal cord lesions （including 10 cases of vocal cord polyps, 7 cases of vocal nodules, 35 cases of chronic laryngitis） were eased-up the voice by activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis treatment, then the differences of the oscillation amplitude of vocal cords and degree of glottal closure index were observed prior treatment and post-treatment. Results The vocal fold vibration amplitude and degree of glottal closure index of 52 patients post-treatment were improved obviously comparing with prior treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion We can observe the effect of activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis treatment on vocal cord lesions through dynamic laryngoscope
