摘要
目的了解手术后出院患者对社区卫生服务利用情况，为建立健全社区卫生服务网络提供依据。方法采用整群分层抽样方法，对某综合性三甲医院328例手术患者出院1周时进行电话随访，了解手术后出院患者对社区卫生服务利用情况。结果43．6％的患者并未寻求社区卫生医疗机构的帮助。其主要原因为：39．0％不信任社区卫生服务的医疗水平；29．3％不了解社区卫生服务；9．8％社区不能提供所需的服务。文化程度越高、曾经接受过社区卫生服务、有意愿建立社区卫生医疗服务网络的患者也更容易寻求社区的帮助（P〈0．05）。结论出院后社区卫生利用率不高。积极开展社区医疗服务，拓展服务内容，丰富服务方式，提高社区医疗的参与度，对促进患者康复与健康具有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the status of community health service utilizing in discharged patients after operation and provide basis for building community health service network. Methods Using cluster stratified sampling, to follow up 328 patients underwent surgery in Top three hospitals by telephone 1 week after discharge and investigate the status of community health service utilizing. Results 43.6% patients didn＇t ask the community health service institutions for help. The main reasons were distrust of community health service （39.0%）, lack of knowledge about the community health service（29.3% ）, lack of required services（9.8% ）. People who got higher educational level, had the experiences of community health service utilization, were would to build the community health service network were more likely to utilize the community health service（P 〈0. 05）. Conclusions The utilization ratio of community health is lower, it is significant and important to develop community health service and enrich it in forms and content for patients＇ rehabilitation and health.
