摘要
从六个方面分析了西北电网上高一级电压等级的必要性,提出西北电网上高一级电压等级的三个方案,并对三个方案进行了经济比较计算。对影响高一级电压等级选择的各类主要困素进行了综合分析,建立了输电电压决策指标体系及决策支持系统,并运用电压等级决策支持系统对西北电网高一级电压方案进行技术经济综合决策,得出西北电网高一级电压以采用交流750kV方案的综合技术经济指标最优。从国外电压等级选择的经验、国外超高压输变电技术及设备发展现状、我国超高压输变电技术及设备发展现状等方面,分析了西北电网高一级电压采用750kV的现实性。
This paper analyzes the necessity of adopting higher voltage level above 330kV for northwest power system from six aspects.and puts forward three schemes on which economic comparison and calculation are conducted. Based on the analysis of main factors that influence the selection of higher voltage level, decision index system and support system for transmission voltage have been set up. The voltnge level decision support system has been applied to evaluate above-mentioned three schemes, the results show that AC 750kV is the best one based on comprehensive techniflue and economic comparison. At last, according to the overseas experience of higher voltage level selection, the development situation of technology and equiprnent of extra - high voltage transmission and transformation at home and abroad. the reality of adopting750kV as higher voltage level above 33okV for northwest power system has been analyzed.
