摘要 为探讨适合基于NMR的代谢组学研究的数据预处理方法,利用3种不同标度化方法对经川楝子染毒的大鼠尿液1H-NMR积分值进行处理,然后进行主成分分析。通过分析比较。 To explore proper data processing method for NMR-based metabonomics ,urine samples form toosendanin dosed rats and control rats were deteced using 1H-NMR and three different scales methods were applied to the spectrum integrations .Centering(Ctr)is the best suitable method for NMR-based metabonomics through comparison and analysis.
