摘要
在启停调峰过程中,由于运行工况变化,造成热力设备系统的腐蚀结垢,影响致水汽品质劣化。针对这一情况,采取加强停炉过程中的保护,启运过程中谨慎调整等相应措施,在频繁的启停调峰过程中,大大缩短水汽品质达到合格的时间,解决了启停调峰过程水汽品质超标时间长与负荷增长要求较快的矛盾。
As a Cyclic-operated steam power unit,its working condition varies widely within 24 hours, Which likely induces the deterioration of steam and water qualities and the arising of scale in power equipment and fipe systems. According to these probable harms and the Specialities of Cyclic oporation,some effective measures are given in the paper.
