摘要
[目的]根据中医治未病的理论,一次性根治肛周脓肿,避免其后遗肛瘘疾病,以达到未病先防。[方法]将索罗门(Solomen)定律拓展,以寻找潜在的内口,应用于肛周脓肿的治疗,采用一次性切开挂线术,治疗肛周脓肿。[结果]68例肛周脓肿全部治愈。[结论]应用一次性切开挂线术治疗肛周脓肿,可避免因后遗肛瘘而行再次手术,达到未病先防之目的。
[Objective]According to the theory of treating Pre-disease in Traditional Chinese Medicine,a one-time radical treatment of perianal abscess avoid anal fistula and achieve the preventive treatment of disease.[Method]We applied the expansion of Solomon＇s Law to finding potentially internal openings,then used one-time radical treatment to treat the perianal abscess.Finally,the clinical effect investigation was carried out.[Result]68 cases of perianal abscess were all cured.[Conclusion]A one-time radical treatment of perianal abscess can avoid anal fistula and secondary surgery to achieve the purpose of preventive treatment of disease.
