摘要
本文通过回顾国内外医学伦理学组织的起源,探讨医院医学伦理学组织的组建方式、人员构成、组织规模和主要职能,提出医院伦理委员会要保持独立运作,确保其决策不受外界影响;要以功能化模块为单元,按照任务特点,由相应的职能模块承担相关工作;要加强对成员的培训,使全体成员熟悉相关基本理论、原则要求和工作方法。
In this review,we retrospected the international and domestic origin of medical ethics and discussed the composition personnel,organization size and main functions of medical ethics of hospital.We proposed that hospitals ethics committee should maintain independent operation.Based on the functional modules and task characteristics,we undertook relevant work.To strengthen the members training,all the members are familiar with basic theory,principle,related requirement and working methods.
