摘要
目的探讨垂体腺瘤核磁共振信号强度与质地之间的关系。方法研究68例垂体腺瘤患者,统计分析垂体腺瘤质地与核磁共振信号之间的关系。结果不同质地的肿瘤在T2WI像上信号高低具有显著性差异,而T1WI像上信号高低无显著性差异。结论术前通过垂体瘤核磁共振信号可以初步判断垂体瘤的质地,为制定手术入路提供重要依据。
Objective To investigate the relationship between MR signal intensit and the hardness of pituitary adenomas.Methods Analysis the relationgship between MR images and the hardness of pituitary adenomas in 68 patients.Results There was significant differenct signal on T2WI between pituitary adenomas with different consistence.but There was not differenct signal on T2WI.Conclusion Through magnetic resonance signal we can predict the hardness of pituitary adenoma before operation and this can provide the best approach to the pituitary adenomas.
