慢性充血性心衰并发低钠血症64例被引量：2

摘要目的探讨慢性充血性心力衰竭合并低钠血症的治疗方法及其临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院收治的64例慢性充血性心力衰竭合并低钠血症患者的临床资料。结果 64例患者中,显效47例(73.44%),有效14例(21.88%),无效死亡3例(4.68%),总有效率95.32%,死亡病例均为心功能Ⅳ级患者。结论在诊治慢性心力衰竭的过程中应当积极预防和纠正低钠血症,以改善心力衰竭患者的预后,提高患者的生存率。
