摘要
告知说明是医师的法定义务,知情同意权是患者的法定权利,医患沟通是医师履行告知说明义务和患者实现知情同意权的共同方式。行政谈话是在新的医疗模式下诞生的一种新型的医患沟通模式,其在医患平等的原则下合理履行告知说明义务,让患方充分了解病情及治疗风险,自主理性的选择治疗措施,并与医方达成一致意见,共同创建和谐医患关系。医院通过"行政谈话"让医务行政部门为医方所行各类治疗措施严格把关,发挥其在预防医疗纠纷中独特的临床作用。
Informing content is the legal obligation of physicians, and the fight of informed consent is the legal right of patients. Doctor-patient communication is the common approach for the physicians and the patients to perform the obligation of informing content and enjoythe fight of informed contents respectively. ＂Administrative talk＂ is a new doctor-patient communication mode born under the new medical model, and it performs the obligation of informing content under the principle of doctor-patient equality and makes the patient fully understand the state of his illness and the treatment risks, independently and rationally choose the treatment measures and reach consensus with doctors to create harmonious doctor-patient relationship together. Through ＂administrative talk＂, the hospital requires its medical administrative department to strictly check on the various treatment measures of the hospital and play their unique clinical significance in the prevention of medical disputes.
