摘要本文将系统开发项目风险管理过程划分为风险管理计划制定、风险识别、风险分析、风险监控、风险应对五个阶段,对前四个阶段的管理过程进行了深入的研究,使风险管理的理论与实际操作步骤相结合,为系统开发项目风险管理提供参考。
