摘要
《陈素庵妇科补解》非常重视脾胃思想在女性经、带、胎、产中的辨证运用。陈氏阐述妇产科疾病病机必以气血失调、脾胃虚弱为先,辨证论治尤重脾胃调补,多采用行气健脾、补脾健胃、益肾健脾、温中和胃等法治疗,用药平和,多用养脾护胃之品,可供后学效法。
