摘要
三峡电站装机容量巨大，且丰水期基本无调节能力，因此，三峡电站投产后，湖北电网将面临巨大的调峰压力。调峰计算结果表明，湖北电网必须采用建设一定容量的调峰电源，加强负荷管理，提高电厂调峰率等措施，以达到缓解调峰压力的目的。另外，在调峰缺口无法消除的情况下，应允许水电适量弃水。
Because of the huge installed capacity and lack of regulating ability during abundant water period in Three Gorges power station,Hubei power network will face greak peak regulating pressure after Three Gorges station being put into operation.From results of peak regulating calculation,Hubei network should construct some peak source with certain capacity,enhance load management and improve plant peak regulating rate to release peak regulating pressure.Furthemore,when the peak regulating gap can’t be removed,water abandoning should be permitted.
