摘要
苏联解体的教训在于党失去了对军队的领导权,朝鲜、越南、古巴、老挝等现存社会主义国家之所以能够巩固无产阶级政党的执政地位根本在于始终坚持党对军队的绝对领导,国民革命军的失败说明军队任何时候都要置于党的领导之下,我军的历史经验告诉我们必须坚持党对军队的绝对领导。这些历史经验与教训雄辩地证明,坚持党对军队的绝对领导,是我军永远不变的军魂,在这个问题上,任何时候任何情况下都不能有丝毫怀疑、犹豫和动摇。
The lesson of the Soviet union＇s disintegration lies in the party loss the leadership over the army.Because of the adhere to the party＇s absolute leadership over the army,North Korea,Vietnam,Cuba,Laos,these existing socialist countries are able to consolidate the proletarian party＇s ruling status.The failure of the national revolutionary army troops expound that we must adhere to the party＇s absolute leadership at any time.The historical experience of Chinese people＇s liberation army tells us that we must adhere to the party＇s absolute leadership over the army.These historical experiences and lessons incontrovertibly proved that adher to the party＇s absolute leadership over the army is the core of our army,on this issue,there will be no doubt,no uncertainty and no waver at any time and under any circumstances.
