摘要
到2020年基本形成学习型社会是我国教育改革和发展的战略目标。高等教育在推动学习型社会的形成中处于战略性地位,而学习型社会的构建对高等教育的教育对象、教育进程、教育内容、教育形式、教育资源等方面提出了新的要求。对此,高等教育必须在转变教育观念、变革高校组织、开放办学体系、推进素质教育等方面进行改革创新。
Our national strategic objective of educational reform and development is to essentially set up a learning society by 2020.Higher education occupies a strategic position in promoting the accomplishment of a learning society,while the construction of a learning society proposes new requirements for educational targets,processes,contents,forms and resources of higher education.Therefore,higher education must do some reform and innovation in transition of education concept,transformation of higher schools organizations,opening of the operation of higher schools and promotion of quality-oriented education.
