摘要
对液相色谱法测定面包中脱氢乙酸进行了方法优化,对色谱条件进行了调整,采用ODS-C18型(150mm×4.6mm)色谱柱,流动相甲醇一0.02mol/L乙酸铵(体积比5:95),流速为1.0mL/min,采用紫外检测器,检测波长为230nm。该方法测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.73%(n=4),平均回收率为95.25%,该法满足实验要求。
The determination method of dehydroacetic acid in bread by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was optimized,and the HPLC condition was adjusted accordingly.The separation was achieved by using a C18 column(150 mm×4.6 mm) with mobile phase 0.02 mol/L NH4Ac/methanol(95/5),and the determination was conducted at 230 nm through a UV detector.The average recovery of the method in real samples was 95.25%,and the RSD was 1.73%
