摘要
随着现代医疗体系的发展及现代医疗技术的广泛应用,医师的医疗水平和职业道德受到了前所未有的挑战,其职业精神也受到了一定影响。对医疗卫生体制、高等教育制度、医院管理、医师自身素质,患者、媒体等对医师职业精神产生影响的各种因素作以分析,探讨了其如何对医师职业精神产生影响以及产生何种影响,以期促进我国医师职业精神的建设。
With the development and changes of modern healthcare system and the high and new technology widely applied, doctors＇medical skills and professional ethics have been greatly challenged. This paper illustrates the affecting factors of medical professionalism from the angels of medical and health system environment, and the current status of Chinas health care realities.
