摘要
球面及公式曲线的加工是数控机床的特长,但要加工类似于关节窝的半球类零件,还需要制定合理的加工工艺。结合一例半球内、外球面加工的实战经验,介绍半球加工工装设计、加工顺序安排及加工技巧。
The CNC machine tool has special performance which machining hemisphere and formula curves.But it needs to design a reasonable machining process plan if marching hemisphere parts like glenoid hemisphere part.With the experiences of machined hemisphere outside and inside,the equipment design and process sequencing and the skills for hemisphere processing are described.
