摘要
分析了艇车机构组成和机构动作,运用Pro/E和ADAMS建立了艇车装卸系统的虚拟样机模型,对艇车装卸动作进行了动力学分析,得出了主油缸的时域受力曲线和力-位移曲线。仿真结果为艇车装卸机构的有限元分析、机械结构优化、可靠性分析和液压系统选型设计提供了依据。
Based on the analysis of an autoboat-truck loading and unloading system,a virtual prototype model is set up by means of Pro/E and ADAMS software,the dynamic analysis of the autoboat-truck′s loading and unloading operation is done,the force curve in time domain and force-displacement curve of the main cylinder are acquired.The dynamic simulation results provide a basis for finite element analysis,mechanical structure optimization,reliability analysis and hydraulic system design of the loading and unloading system.
