微生物菌剂对生猪养殖垫料堆肥腐熟效果的研究 被引量:6

摘要 通过生猪养殖垫料废弃物与稻草高温好氧发酵堆肥,研究了添加不同微生物菌剂对堆肥腐熟效果的影响。结果表明,添加微生物菌剂堆肥处理的电导率(EC)比不添加微生物菌剂的常规堆肥处理提前7 d达到最大值,且添加微生物菌剂4的堆肥处理的电导率(EC)下降最快;添加微生物菌剂后其腐殖化作用比不添加微生物菌剂的常规堆肥处理强,发酵较为完全;添加微生物菌剂加强了微生物的活动,但添加微生物菌剂处理的堆肥与不添加微生物菌剂的常规堆肥之间的温度、水溶性NO3-N、NH4-N、全氮、全磷、全钾等理化指标之间无显著差异;添加不同的微生物菌剂对提高生猪养殖垫料和稻草中的纤维素、半纤维素和木质素的降解率具有显著的效果,与不添加微生物菌剂常规堆肥处理相比,添加微生物菌剂1、2、3、4堆肥处理的木质素总降解率分别高出了12.2%、31.3%、49.6%、34.8%,半纤维素总降解率分别提高19.0%、20.2%、12.2%、21.3%,纤维素总降解率分别提高8.2%、16.9%、16.2%、15.9%。 Blending pig bedding wastes with straw to conduct high temperature aerobic fermentation for compost,the influences of adding different microbial agents on decomposition effect of compost were studied.The results showed that the electrical conductivity(EC) of compost with addition of microbial agents reached the maximum value 7 d earlier than that with conventional composting method(no addition of microbial agents),and the EC of compost with the addition of microbial agents 4 decreased the fastest;addition of microbial agents had stronger humification and fermented more completely than conventional composting method;addition of microbial agents promoted the microbial activity,but there were no significant differences in temperature,water-solubility NO3-N,NH4-N,total nitrogen,total phosphor,total kalium between the compost with addition of microbial agents and the compost with conventional composting method;addition of different microbial agents can increase the degradation rate of cellulose,hemicelluloses and lignin in pig bedding and straw,in comparison with conventional composting method,addition of microbial agent1,2,3 and 4 increased total degradation rate of lignin by 12.2%,31.3%,49.6% and 34.8% respectively,increased total degradation rate of hemicelluloses by 19.0%,20.2%,12.2% and 21.3% respectively,increased total degradation rate of cellulose by 8.2%,16.9%,16.2% and 15.9% respectively.
