摘要
针对某石化公司4 kt/a硫磺回收装置多年来生产运行中发生的设备腐蚀问题,分析了其发生的腐蚀机理,既有高温硫腐蚀,也有低温露点腐蚀,还有应力腐蚀。针对不同腐蚀类型,提出了设备防腐蚀的解决方案。
For years, serious corrosion occurred in the running equipment of sulfur recovery unit with a capacity of 4000 tons per year in a Petrochemical Company. The analysis of corrosion mechanisms has coneluded that the corrosion is the combination of high-temperature sulfur corrosion, low-temperature dew point corrosion and stress corrosion. Effective corrosion prevention measures have been proposed for the equipment based upon conditions of different types of equipment.
