摘要
以TDI、HEA和PEG为原料,2步法制备了一种用于光固化胶的低黏度聚氨酯丙烯酸酯齐聚物。其最佳制备条件为:第1步反应过程中nTDI/nHEA=1,催化剂质量分数02%,反应温度40℃,反应时间2-3h:第2步反应过程中nTDI/nPEG=2,反应温度55~60℃.反应时间为5-6h。产物的黏度为150-175mPa·S。
The polyurethane acrylate oligomer was prepared by two step process from TDI,HEA and PEG.The polyurethane acrylate was usually used in UV curable adhesive.The optimal conditions of polyurethane acrylate preparation were experimentally determined. In the first step, the ratio of nTDI/nHEA=1,the amount of catalyst was 0.2% by weight;the temperature and time of reaction were 40℃ the ratio of nTDI/nPEG=2,the temperature and time of reaction were 55~60 ℃~6 h respectively.The viscosity of reaction product was 150~175 mPa·s.
