摘要
针对Visual Basic在客户端远程访问Oracle数据库的问题,介绍了客户端无需安装Oracle客户端软件的连接方式,以简化Visual Basic客户端的复杂性,提高访问效率。重点介绍了ADO技术,设计了基于ADO技术建立VB和Oracle数据库的连接方法。
For the problem of accessing remote Oracle database by Visual Basic on client-side,the link mode without installing any Oracle client software is presented,which simplifies the complexity of client-side based on Visual Basic and improves the accessing efficiency.ADO technology is emphatically introduced,and the method for establishing connection between VB and Oracle database is designed by using ADO technology.
