摘要 为适应机械设备研制、开发、应用和教学过程中越来越复杂的测试系统,本文以PXI虚拟仪器为平台,采用模块化结构对系统进行组建设计,从底层开发出完成基本测试与控制功能的机械工程测试系统。可以进行信号采集、滤波、信号显示、时域分析、频域分析、信号的保存、备份、生成试验报告和读取数据等,利用开发的测试系统完成应变、位移、压力、流量和温度测试试验。在系统的总体设计中,建立数据库对数据进行存储、管理和查询。本文充分利用PXI虚拟仪器的标准化系统资源,开发了便于更新、机动灵活、成本低廉、中文界面的机械工程测试系统,提高了测试的综合应用效率,为机械工程测试领域提供了优质的测试系统。 In order to adapt to the more complex mechanical engineering testing system in research,development,application and the teaching process of the whole equipment,This paper was based on the platform of virtual instrument PXI,Designed functional modules,procedures for the implementation of software systems processes,and developed the modules from the bottom of the basic test and control functions: signal acquisition,filtering,signal display,time-domain analysis,frequency domain analysis,signal saved,test report generation,etc.Using the developed test system completed the tests of strain,displacement,pressure,flow and temperature testing experiment.And creating a database for data storage,management and researching in the general design.This article fully used the standardization of PXI virtual instrument system resources,developed a flexible,low cost,Chinese mechanical engineering testing system,improving the comprehensive application of testing efficiency,and providing quality testing system for mechanical engineering testing field.
