摘要
目的研究执行特殊任务官兵心理应激特点及其相关因素,为有针对性开展军事应激条件下心理健康教育、心理咨询和心理疏导提供依据。方法采用军事群体心理应激预警问卷(ATQMGS)为检测工具,对参加执行新疆地区特殊任务1周后的某部官兵168例进行心理测评。结果 (1)执行特殊任务官兵各ATQMGS因子均分低于中国军人常模(P<0.05或P<0.01)。(2)一线执勤官兵各因子均分显著低于后方保障官兵(P<0.01)。(3)执行特殊任务条件下的官兵心理应激表现出一定的职别和文化特征;职别上,心理应激水平由高到低依次为:军官、士官、义务兵;文化上,心理应激水平由高到低依次为:大专以上、高中、初中。(4)执行特殊任务条件下官兵心理应激状况与部队管理方式、军官对部属态度、是否处在执勤一线等因素有关。结论执行特殊任务期间,官兵心理健康水平总体降低,呈现出一定的职别和文化水平特征;执行特行任务条件下官兵的应激性心理可能与管理方式、军官态度、是否处在执勤一线等因素密切关联。
Objective To study the mental stress features and related factors in soldiers executing special operation in Xinjiang,so as to provide the basis for carrying out mental health education,mental consulting service and psychological persuasion under military stress.Methods A total of 168 officers and soldiers were evaluated by the Alerting Test Questionnaire for Military Group Stress（ATQMGS） after executing special operation in Xinjiang for one week.Results（1）The factorial scores of ATQMGS were significantly lower than the military norm（P0.05,or P0.01）.（2） The factorial scores of ATQMGS in soldiers on-duty were significantly lower than in rear service ones（P0.01）.（3）For official rank,the level of mental stress in officers,petty officers,and compulsory soldiers was in decreasing order;and for education level,in college,senior middle school,and junior middle school.（4） The mental stress status was related to the style of management,the attitude to the subordinates,and whether being on duty.Conclusion In general,the level of mental heath is not so good,and is different in official rank and educational level.It may relate to the style of management,the attitude to the subordinates,and whether being on duty.
