摘要
目的：了解补钙剂和活性维生素D在上海市医院应用的现状和趋势，作出客观的评估。方法：调查上海市46家医院3年来（1996年～1998年）经营总金额、主要品种、数量，分析临床应用的情况。结果：经营总金额补钙剂1997年比1996年增长141．50％，1998年比1997年增长44．15％；活性维生素D1997年比1996年增长62．98％，1998年比1997年增长26．40％。结论：补钙剂和活性维生素D是当前国内一类具有发展前途的药物。
OBJECTIVE: To survey and objectively evaluate the present situation and trend of the use of calcium supplementagents(CSA) and activated vitamin D(AVD) in the hospitals of Shanghai. METHODS:To make a survey of the use of above mentioned drugs in 46 hospitals of Shanghai in the period 1996-- 1998 in respect to the sum of money of sales, main kinds,quantity and clinical use of the drugs .RESULTS: As the sum of money for sales, in comparison with 1996, CSA and AVD increased 141. 50% and 62. 98% in 1997 and in comparison with 1997, CSA and AVD increased 44. 15% and 26. 90% in 1998,respectively. CONCLUSION:CSA and AVD is a kind of drug which has prospects of development in China.
