摘要
目的：对部分中国上市药品的国内价格与国际价格进行比较。方法：对常用进口或合资专利及非专利药品依据国内批准的药价和国外权威出版物提供的药价，将同一规格药品的中国及英国、美国、德国、法国、瑞典、日本和台湾等国家和地区的药价进行比较。结果：36个常用进口或合资药品中2／3药品的国内价格高于国外7国和地区的最低药价，1／3药品的国内价格低于国外药价的均值和最低药价。10个国内先进口后仿制药品与进口或合资专利药品价格比平均为64．83％；5个国内先仿制后进口药品与进口或合资专利药品价格比平均为8．42％。结论：进口或合资药品的价格与发达国家价格接近；国内先进口后仿制药品的价格比与国外同等情况的价格比接近，先仿制后进口药品的价格比远远低于国外同等情况的价格比；老国产非专利药品价格大大低于发达国家同一药品价格。
AIM: To compare the prices of part of medications in China with those in other 7 countries and area. METHODS:To compare the prices of imported or joint venture's medications in China market with the prices of medications with the samestrength and package in United Kingdom, United States, Germany, France, Sweden, Japan and Taiwan, according to the domestic approved prices and the prices came from foreign authoritative publications. RESULTS: The domestic prices of twothirds of the imported or joint venture's medications were higher than the minimum prices in the other 7 countries and area. Themean price ratio of 10 medications, which were copied after import, comparing with the patent import or joint venture's rnedications, was 64. 83%. The mean price ratio of 5 medications, which were imported after copying, comparing with the patentimported or joint venture's medications, was 8. 42%. CONCLUSION: The prices of imported or joint venture's medications inChina were close with the prices in the developed countries. The mean price ratio of the domestic medications, which werecopied after import. comparing with the foreign prices with the same sitllation was close. The mean price ratio of the domesticmedications, which were imported after copying, comparing with the foreign prices with the same situation was very low. Theprices of very old domestic nonproprietary medications compared with the prices of those in the developed collntries with thesame strength and package were extremely low.
