摘要
目的观察不同浓度生肌红粉膏(简称"红粉膏")对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞激活作用及吞噬功能的影响。方法小鼠随机分为凡士林组、玉红膏组、10%红粉膏组、20%红粉膏组、30%红粉膏组,每组10只。将小鼠腹部皮肤脱毛,每日在小鼠腹部脱毛处皮肤涂上述软膏,通过统计100个小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞活化程度的百分率及测定巨噬细胞吞噬功能(吞噬率、吞噬指数、消化功能),对比观察皮肤外用不同浓度的红粉膏、玉红膏、凡士林膏对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞激活作用及吞噬功能的影响。结果玉红膏、红粉膏对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞激活作用及提高其吞噬功能均明显优于凡士林膏(P<0.05),3种浓度红粉膏之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。30%红粉膏组巨噬细胞激活作用优于玉红膏组,10%红粉膏组巨噬细胞吞噬指数优于玉红膏组,10%、30%红粉膏组巨噬细胞吞噬率优于玉红膏组,3种浓度红粉膏组巨噬细胞消化功能优于玉红膏组(P<0.05)。结论外用生肌红粉膏具有促进巨噬细胞的细胞免疫功能的作用,其中红粉是一种很好的免疫增强剂。
Objective To research the effect of different concentrations of Shengjihongfen ointment （HF） on the coeliac macrophage＇s activation and phagocytosis of mice. Methods The mice were randomly divided into vaseline ointment （FSL） group, Shengjiyuhong ointment （YH） group and 10%, 20%, 30% HF group, and extemal used corresponding drugs on skin. The effect of high-dose （30%）, middle-dose （20%）, low-dose （10%） HF, YH and FSL on the coeliac macrophage＇s activation and phagocytosis of mice through statistics 100 coeliac macrophages of mice including the percentage of activation and phagocytic rate, phagocytic index, digestive function of macrophage were observed. Results There was a significant difference between HF group and FSL group （P〈0.05） on coeliac macrophage＇s activation and phagocytosis, and the same result of YH group （P〈0.05）. There was no difference among three dose of HF groups （P 〉0.05）. High-dose （30%） HF group was better than YH group on phagocytic rate of coeliac macrophage. Low-dose （10%） HF group was better than YH group on phagocytic index of coeliac macrophage. High-dose （30%） and low-dose （10%） HF groups were better than YH group on phagocytic rate of coeliac macrophage. There was significant difference between three groups of HF and YH group on digestive function of macrophage （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion HF and YH can increase the cellular immunity of macrophage by used on skin. Hongfen, the main component of HF, is a good immune enhancer, it could increase the cellular immunity of macrophage.
