摘要
目的 以影响尿生成的各因素为依据，比较行膀胱插管术时采用膀胱颈结扎与不结扎的实验结果并分析其可行性。方法 取３ ％ 戊巴比妥钠麻醉的２ ．０ ～３ ．０ ｋｇ 兔行膀胱插管术进行尿生成实验观察，对比分析４０ 例结扎膀胱颈与４０ 例不结扎膀胱颈的兔尿生成的实验结果。结果 结扎膀胱颈与不结扎膀胱颈的实验结果无显著性差异，但手术时间差异显著。结论 不结扎膀胱颈行膀胱插管术导尿操作简便，实验成功率高。
Objective:To compare the results of experimrnt in production of urine and illustrate the feasibility of operation which tied the bladder neck or not in urinary bladder catheter-ization,some factors which influenced the urine sexfetion were considered.Methods:2.0～3.Okg rabbits anaesthetized with 3% Nembutal Sodium were used to investigate the effects of urinary bladder catheterization at the same timetied the bladder neck or not on the production of urine experiments which were carried out in 40 rabbitsrespectively.Results:There were linttle difference between th group tied the bladder neck and the group not tied.However,the study indixated that urinary bladder catheruization not tied the bladder neck is a better way than others.It is worth applying popularlybecause of its easy operation and lrigh experiment success rate
