盾构管片接缝防水材料防水耐久性实验及分析 被引量:25

摘要 由于我国大规模开展地铁建设的时间不长,盾构管片接缝长期防水问题还没有引起足够的重视。现有的盾构隧道后期维护中也逐渐出现了隧道接缝渗漏现象,严重影响工程安全。针对盾构管片接缝常用的防水弹性密封垫材料———三元乙丙橡胶,开展了恒定压缩永久变形和老化等长期防水性能试验研究。研究结果表明,橡胶的老化系数在0.9以上,恒定永久压缩应变小于15.4%,盾构隧道应用的弹性密封垫防水材料具有良好的长期的防水性能。在此基础上,分析了钱塘江越江隧道冲刷后纵向回弹变形引起的隧道环向接缝张开后的管片接缝防水性能,能够满足钱塘江最高水位时的隧道接缝防水要求。 As it is not long since the upsurge in large-scale construction of subway in China,the waterproof quality for joint seams of shield tunnel hasn't been attached importance to.In the post-construction maintenance period,the leakage of joint seams emerges every now and then,which threatens the safety of shield tunnel.Aimed at the waterproof elastic sealed cushion material——EPDM,short for ethylene propylene diene monomer,which is applied widely in shield tunnel engineering,the experiments of compressed permanent deformation and aging of EPDM are made.The study shows that the aging coefficient is 0.9 and upwards,and that the strain of compressed permanent deformation is less than 15.4%,which shows that the cushion applied in the subway has good long-term waterproof quality.On the base of the tests,the long-term waterproof quality of joint seams for Qiantang River tunnel has been analyzed,taking into account the opening of ring seam owing to the longitudinal deformation,which is aroused by the flood scouring the riverbed.The result shows that the EPDM satisfies the waterproof requirements of the Tunnel.
